Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns only if:

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability.
